Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the VaultEdge website and the early-access request process. They do not grant access to the VaultEdge product, which is not generally available.
01Agreement
By accessing vaultedgesecurity.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by VaultEdge (“VaultEdge”, “we”, “us”), Rochester, New York, United States.
02What this Site is
The Site describes a network change management platform that is in active development. It is informational marketing material. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a commitment to deliver a specific feature, or a binding service description.
03Early-access requests
Submitting the early-access form is a request to be considered for the early-access programme. It is not an application we are obliged to accept, and it does not create a contract, a licence, a reservation, or any entitlement to use VaultEdge.
- We may accept, decline, or defer any request at our discretion.
- We may change or discontinue the early-access programme at any time.
- You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the organization you name.
- Do not submit confidential network topology, credentials, configuration files, or other sensitive material through the form.
Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach its security or authentication measures, without our prior written permission.
- Use automated means to submit the early-access form, or submit false, spoofed, or third-party information.
- Interfere with the Site’s availability, including through excessive automated requests.
- Copy, reproduce, or republish material from the Site beyond the limited licence in section 5.
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or export control.
05Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, layout, design, graphics, diagrams, and the VaultEdge name and logo — are owned by VaultEdge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view and print pages of the Site for your own internal evaluation purposes. All other rights are reserved.
Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
06Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites and relies on third-party providers for hosting, form handling, and typefaces. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.
07No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or that information on it is complete or current.
Nothing on the Site is professional advice. Network, security, and infrastructure decisions remain your responsibility and should be validated in your own environment by qualified personnel.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultEdge and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of the two paragraphs above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
09Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold VaultEdge harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
10Changes
We may modify the Site or these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above will change. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and VaultEdge submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Monroe County, New York, for any dispute arising out of these terms or the Site, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property.
12Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VaultEdge regarding the Site.
